The animations include entrance, goal celebrations, winning animation, losing animation, hyper strike and trophy celebration. Daisy and Shy Guy are a part of the first free update/DLC for this game. Her animations do seem a little toned down from the earlier Strikers, but the way she's bouncing that ball during her hyper strike tells me someone on the animation team definitely knew what was up. Either way, with the addition of best girl I guess I got a reason to buy this game now.

@@Sanguine_Vampyre just because you added a fan favorite character, who SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE BASE GAME, a month later doesn't excuse the fact for severely toning down the character's personality and not give them new, cool voice clips for the character. If anything, shouldn't DLC go above and beyond for the characters introduced?

I'm SOOOO happy they put my girl in the game!😭❤️it wouldnt be the same without her, jr, etc. I do hate how they toned down her energy buuut I'm glad she's in the game. Love Daisy always.

Hardly call her energy toned down. Just…about the same. And when we got DK and Waluigi turning their energy levels literally off the scale, onto a new scale, and throwing both scales out the window, she just seems on the lower side.

@@KamyAnai03 the whole theme of the strikers series was the fact that everyone was pissed off. Characters that normally wouldn’t get angry finally got a chance to completely cut loose but everyone in this game feels so generic.

Daisy been my favorite princess ever since I was introduced to Mario as a kid. Always picked her and Shyguy on mario party for the ds. They robbed her on her explosive personality. And hearing that she didn’t have new lines since 8 years ago is disappointing.

@@Mac14329 but pronounced means exacly that, and the characters got more aggressive when losing and were happier when winning, if you make a game "child friendly" you cut the angry part and thats how characters become bland. Maybe your opinion differs, but partly because of daisys personality i liked to play her, peach was girly and daisy was tomboyish and you saw that in the cutscenes.

Sort of, but Boom Boom's shell can also be jiggly in slo-mo replays too so it's more a coincidental side effect of model stretching for movement rather than fanservice jiggle physics.

I knoq that daisy is just filler to Nintendo now but at heart she was and will be my favorite. My favorite rn is peach ik basic lol. But daisy was my thing. And i still love her a lot. Its just sad how little she means to the games. She was only added as a character to fill for human characters anyway. Its seriously sad.

Is Daisy fully owned by Nintendo? No wonder her video game appearances were very restricted compared to Peach. In my opinion, most people in the 90s must have been colorblind to not see Daisy different from Peach in her classic appearances back in the day. How dense we were. I'm happy she's in but it's not the first time Nintendo doesn't portray her character like it should be. In Mario Kart I can understand, but not in a Strikers game. Besides, since they changed her skin color, skin color that made sense since she's from Sarasaland AND was really working perfectly with the rest of her color scheme (clearly a downgrade in her design to change it), and her tomboyish (and kinda agressive too in the other Strikers games) personality, then what's left of the Daisy we love ?

In the original Mario Tennis where she made her first appearance with her redesign, she was tanned (you know since she comes from an egypt-like country), and in the original Mario Strikers, she was a lot more competitive and aggressive when playing sports. So if both her design and personality have been changed, what's left of her ?

Aprecio y respeto el trabajo que los animadores hicieron con todos los personajes, porque honestamente la mayoría de las animaciones son excelentes, pero que éstas sean lo mas destacable en un juego enfocado en el género multijugador no es algo como para que valga la pena estar "agradecido".

As it seems, Daisy was made to be Peach's tomboyish semi-clone. Why do I say semi-clone? She shares the same body type as Peach but acts as Peach's polar opposite. Peach is your modest heterosexual female whereas Daisy is girl power incarnate.
