I miss when bosses in kids’ games could straight up rock a Tommy. Surprised the remake could even keep it. Spyro changed their firearms to paint guns

I like how the remake expands more on the bosses "death" animations (and how N Brio is squirted with the remains of the goo entities instead of them being part of his soul like in the original (according to the JPN version at least))

It's still there, they just changed where he does it. Crash does that dance everytime he finishes a level, in the Warp Room

What causes N. Brio to be on Crash’s side and help him destroy the Cortex Vortex?

Cortex didn’t credit him for the creation of the Evolve O Ray, so he left Cortex. But before he left he’d heard of the plans for the crystals, and after he’d left, he set up all the things for Crash 2 and hoped that Crash would collect the gems alongside the crystals. Also, as a bonus, the reason he teamed up with Cortex and N.Trophy in Crash 4 was implied to be because he was planning to double cross them.

I love how in the final fight of Warped, all the REAL action is going on between Aku Aku and Uka Uka, especially the second stage where they're fighting so hard they're creating a mini tornado!

They took his number of hits from the Japanese version, which buffed him to have 5 hit points instead of NTSC-U and PAL regions' 3 hit points. Even though they made the rest of the game a lot easier, with some weird changes in the process...

Dingodile was such a good character. I absolutely loved both his voices, but the Trilogy makes him sound more menacing when he says "I'm gonna make toast!". Quite a bonzer attitude!

I've always wondered why in the first game you should kick Brio's his ass out of the castle. And in the second game he is a half enemy and half friend to defeat cortex and destroy cortex's spaceship. And in the 3rd game he is completely off screen. And also that Cortex did not look for Brio during Crash 2 intro and works together with his new sidekick N.Gin. And how Tawna was replaced by Coco.

Honestly the biggest difference is most of the grim atmosphere is gone, the darker colour palettes are gone, the characters make more cutesy noises and most of the levels are zoomed out, making it less claustrophobic feeling

Honestly, while N Sane Trilogy does a VERY good job at keeping - and at times even increasing - The original charm of the boss fights, I think it actually really butchered Crash 2's Ripper Roo for some reason. He just has so much less character! He doesn't get angry in the beginning, he doesn't look down at the TNT that's about to blow him up - It's functionally the same fight, but MAN, they completely sapped his personality. The other remade fights are still pretty rad, though.

Did you know that a Tiny's boss fight in Crash Bandicoot 2, the cameras at the top of the screen follow Tiny, and then Crash ( When you defeat Tiny ). Gabriel Rolland

They really did N.Gin a disservice in the N-Sane trilogy. His design just isn’t quite as good, his losing quote is taken from him in 2, and they flat out don’t have him say anything during his fight in 3

Seriously even Kuzco teases and states facts about her. Any Super mario land six gooden coins… even Wario… Dino piranha from Super mario Galaxy and Petey piranha from Super mario galaxy 2….

Like the nsane trilogy, but still semi disappointed at how it failed to capture the artstyle of the original with it's washed out colors and semi realistic textures. Crash 4 was a lot closer
