@@Neiland Oh, but I’m speaking in my first comment of your physical well being! I think you do great at your mental challenges to control your body and circumstances. It’s what makes you very good at moving, top shelf! My second comment is about what we all have regardless of life’s circumstances. I work with all levels of health, including a large focus on people who have had physical injury, some of which has damaged the mind. A lot of us never realize the challenges to the mind when there is brain trauma, for example. But even with brain trauma when the body/mind does not allow for the mind/body contrail you have achieved, for example, there is always the ability to love. So for your life presently, you have a brain and mind that is working along with your body. This may go your whole life and it may not. But as with us all you always have love. My advice is to stay safe as we have some control over staying safe as you are also saying you carefully prepare for and implement but also know that regardless of things, you and I and all of us have love.
