Marisha/Keyleth was talking about Chardonnay & Shiraz in the latest episode (E66) of Critical Role and Taliesin/Percy was wondering how she became so knowledgeable about wines all of a sudden.

To be fair Marisha's microphone is right in front of where Matt's speaking, so it makes sense that that's a clearer sound than a wine glass

Well... I think she mixed 2 phrases: "shut the fuck up" and "what the fuck", so i went with the middle ground :-) Thanks for the comment though :-D

I think people OVERTHINK what they subtitle. Contemplating over what she said, relistening to it several times and eventually deciding on what they wrote, knowing it isn't the "normal" way but actually hearing her mix up 2 phrases...

Shiraz is there is good and their Chardonnay is as well but also try a sav. blanc from New Zealand as well! But careful sniffing them to deep and you do what I did sniff it up your nose. All I could smell for a day and a half was Chardonnay! Also in California try Zinfandel (red not white - white can be to much like liquid candy) very big, robust flavour try with BIG favoured meal like roast beef, roast pork or I have even heard it going well with chocolate at the end of a meal (instead of port or sherry or whiskey). Given the chocolate thing it should go mysteriously well with chilly but do not tell them you put chocolate in it if there are no allergies to it that you know of just still knowingly!

I watched the whole panel when it first came up on Critical Scope. this was just one of the funny bits. another was when they started talking about Overwatch and Marisha instantly went to the side of the stage, without any warning. when Matt gave her an odd look Marisha started to walk across the front of the stage saying as she did so, "I'm a typical Overwatch player just calmly enjoying my game. as she passed in front of Matt he raised his mic and said, "It's high noon" exactly as his character does in the game and Martisha shrieked and did a lap of the stage. those to are the perfect double act

I missed Talisen asking how she knows Shiraz. But I don't think either knows about Shiraz Shish Kabob. Much better than any wine in my tea totaling opinion.
