I can’t quite believe Mark is sat talking like this about his cancer. He’s being so upfront and open about it. What a fantastic man, this is so tough to watch. Best of luck to him I really hope he beats this.

Stay strong legend. My mum got an extremely serious cancer diagnosis 12 years ago, and she beat it and is doing great today. What ever the reault, you've got this bud.

@@saintjabroni It was leukaemia, don't remember the specified details of what stage, but I do know it was very serious and she was on very close to dying at one point. The chemo did work, but it made her very sick. You wouldn't know today though.

Don't be scared by the stage four part guys, this cancer is curable and usually isn't caught until the later stages. Marks' got all of our support.

But he has said recently that it has spread to four other parts of his body, I don't want to bring him or anyone else down any further & I say this with a very heavy heart but I don't think it looks good .

@@tinfoilhatmaninspace4944 That's what the stage four part means, it's in multiple parts of the body. It's a curable cancer though. It's not like it's stage four lung or colon cancer, not necessarily a death sentence

Longtime fan Mark. I had cancer twice, and I totally get what your saying about Chemo! Ugh it sucks ass. I had blood transfusions, bald twice, but guess what it grows back, better then ever! I would always have anxiety on the day I would go in for Chemo, so I would smoked( pot) a little the day b4, so I can sleep, and not think about the next day. I wish and pray for you, all the best. As a current cancer patient going through chemotherapy, I have to say Mark looks pretty healthy. Given that he's probably somewhere between 12-15 years older than me, his treatments are affecting him harder than mine affect me, I typically only feel bad for 3-4 days at most. I'm definitely tired alot though. He's gonna kick ass and bounce back stronger than ever. Get it Mark!

Hi Mark, I walked past you at Babbington House in 2016, you were with your family and we said Merry Christmas to each other! I knew it was you straight away, but didn't want to make a fuss. He says, “if he beats this cancer.” The mortality in that sentence is just so final. I see kids in the hospital where I work that didn’t even get to do all the things regular people do because of cancer. Cancer is just fucking hell. Be strong dude.

Dear Mark, My brother had the same cancer. Crazy enough, he was born with a heart condition, went through so much crap when he was younger. At 35 he had a liver and kidney transplant but had to go through dialysis, multiple procedures of draining his abdomen, and other crap.....he's now 41 and doing well. New organs are doing well, heart is good, and remission!!! You got this!! So many people are praying for you, sending good healing vibes, and damn it man, kick this cancers a$$!!! F☆ck Cancer!!!!

You got this, Mark. You’re going to beat this and this will just be a memory one day. My mother has been cancer free a year now, also was in her blood and shut down both her kidneys. Until she finds a donor she will continue to have dialysis for the remainder of her life.

Hey Mark, I was fighting testicular cancer which spread to my lungs and my brain at stage 4 for nearly 2 years, every few weeks the doctors would tell me they weren't sure what else they could do but after more chemo than I can remember, radio therapy laser surgery 2 brain operations thanks to the love and support of my family and friends, the amazing medical staff and keeping my mind focussed on getting through it I'm now 5 years into remission. Keep fighting mate, you Tom and Travis made music that I love and helped me get through it! Stay strong brother, you got this!

If there’s anyone who can win a 50/50 battle it’s a fighter like Mark. He and blink actually changed my life. They were my favorite band and are the reason Ive been playing guitar and drums for the last 22 years. Truly my biggest inspiration in my adolescent/teenage years. Their live album that was released after enema of the state also shaped my filthy sense of humor. That was the best. Love Mark. He’s gonna annihilate this cancer.

I got diagnosed mm a year ago ,had the horrible chemo and stem cell transplant which was the worst experience in my life. But am very grateful to be still here and last month I made a return to the stage with my band which was physically challenging but i loved every minute.

I think there will be cures for everything eventually. It sucks that so many people have to suffer and pass away waiting for a cure. Think back before we had penicillin people died from infections that all they needed was some antibiotics. I hope one day it’s just as easy to be cured of cancer you just go to the pharmacy to get a prescription and it’s gone in a week. I hope everyone gets cured of anything they need to be cured of, praying for you all!

Praying for Mark! I never knew his mom had cancer and beat it. Wow! And 3 times. What a fighter she is. I pray he is too. I understand him not listening to music during chemo..the way he says he didnt want to have it associate with it. This is how i felt thru the months when i 1st started having reallly bad anxiety. My anxiety was so bad and i was in such a weird dark place i turned away from music when normally i would turn to it during hard time. But i just didnt want any music i loved to later make me think of this dark place i once was in. Like he said i didnt want it to associate music with that. Wow i fully get that. Keeping Mark in my prayers

I saw my mum deteriorate and gradually go down hill and die from breast cancer. She had treatment. Didn't work. To see that he recovered and stories of people recovering gives me hope. If it ever did get passed to me, I know I could make it. My brain is automatically wired to think, cancer = death now. I've got PTSD from what I saw and how I remember it all. It's nice to see a positive cancer situation and I congratulate him and anyone who recovered. You're all amazing and so strong and I admire you all.

had hodgkin lymphoma back in 2004 when the DOWN video was in heavy rotation. Been a fan since 99 enema of the state but Down made me even love this band so much more and helped me through my cancer summer = 8 rounds of chemo. btw PET scan is awesome because they give you valium for free ;)

All the best bro, I had large B cell as well in 2007/8. I opted for R-Chop and 13 years later going strong. Mine was an unreal mass in my throat behind my tongue. Be strong not for family and friends but for yourself!! Godspeed!!

Mark you have been one of my idols since i was a teenager I honestly didnt want to believe it was true! I know i can speak for more than just myself when i say after listening tou you music for so long you become almost like a family nember i just haven't met. Your music has gotten me through some pretty tough spots in my life. You got this man!! Shit You are the og blink member just wtite a couple inappropriate songs about cancer and you'll scare it off. I’m a cancer survivor. I was 13. It was in 1980. I had rhabdomyosarcoma stage 3 and had a 22% chance of survival. I had 2 years of Adriamycin, cytoxan and vincristine. 24 treatments total. It was hard. Music and my family got me through. 10 years ago I was diagnosed with severe heart failure from the chemo, Adriamycin. I’m refusing transplant as I’ve had enough. I do have an implanted cardiac defibrillator that was put in my chest last year. I’m still rockin and making strange electronic music. I hope all is well for everyone. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

Hi I'm nearly 7 years with the same cancer as yourself.My life is great and I hardly think about it.Now I have Gazivaro chemo every 2 months with no side effects he at all.For a sore mouth I had All Vera life that I rinsed and swallowed and never had a sore.I wish you well and best of luck for your scan.
