Love the song, love the story...the way he tells us about all his races, building up to a perfect run...and then he takes us all with him on that perfect ride. I'm gonna go again!

I once worked with a guy who was the crew chief on a speedway machine running out of Phoenix. Having a bunch of machines with more than enough power tor any possible track situation makes for an incredibly awesome evening of racing. Our day jobs? Aircraft mechanics - engine shop. Oh, additionally, I used to race motorcycles. From the lyrics to the sound he puts down, Mark has this intense slice of life perfectly interpreted.

Es increíble cómo suena , la integración de todos los músicos y como evoluciona este tema en cada gira desde el origen de la del Saling to Philadelphia 2001 hasta la última gira del Down the Road Wherever en 2019, cada una con sus arreglos e instrumentos... En esta del Get Lucky, del 2010, la aparición de violín y flauta es sublime y con Danny Cummings a la batería más aún 🥁🥁🎻🎸 Que editen más DVD/Blu-ray de Mark Knopfler por favor 🙏🙏🙏
