I hate how mrs. sheperd could still accept mark wholeheartedly even tho addison had an affair with mark that ended their marriage but her very own daughter amelia - they treat as a complete mess & repeatedly rejected her.

I think the issues is becausw the whole story wasnt fleshed iut beginning to end when they started. The writers had to write to fit a specific narrative everytime. Had they written it all fron the start as one big planned story not in pieces....there may be more continuity with stuff like this

I know later on they explained why her and her mom didn’t have the greatest relationship. I think it was mainly because she reminded her so much of her father. It doesn’t mean she really has an excuse to reject her though.

They kill Mark and lexie off before giving them a chance at a good reunion, then April and Jackson divorce, which in my opinion was for a weak reason[all blame I lay at the feet of the authors], and then Derek dies. I could go on and on...

My guess will be since Lexi has an identical memory, she could of possibly graduated high school at 16, graduated college by the time she was 20 and finish med school at 24. She could of started her intern program at 24 just before her 25th birthday making her one of the youngest interns at the hospital.

she was having hallucinations of denny but she doesn't realize it yet at that time so basically its like denny is in her mind and the other people can't see him. but there's more deep reason to it, you should continue watching it :)
