S13, e7 - Quantospitals. Mark becomes a grandfather. In preparation for this episode David Mitchell spent 7 years training to be a real doctor. He has run the pediatrics ward at Guy's hospital in London for the past 34 years.

Not to be confused with S12E13, "Quantospitals II", in which Mark becomes a grandmother. David Mitchell spent about 7 minutes preparing for that episode, by taking a dump and wasting a bunch of time playing games on his phone before finally wiping.
