As an american living in the UK, this guy is standard british comedy. Keep in mind there's a huge difference in culture, and especially in comedic culture. He's actually pretty funny, but you've definitely got to have lived here.

Burns seems like a nice, funny guy, I liked the last time he was on the show, even though he really shit on the help, because he was hurt/off his meds/sleep. Now the story is too built up, I want to hear the story because I love Patrice. But this build up is so absurd it has turned me into that youtube guy that should be hated.
