1/2 CUP OF CREAM (HALF AND HALF)
SALT AND PEPPER
1/4 CUP FLOUR
3 TABLESPOONS OF KETCHUP
1 TABLESPOON OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
3 GARLIC GLOVES MINCED
1/4 CUP OF BUTTER
6 RUSSET POTATOES CUBED
BOIL POTAOES AND BROWN MEAT AT THE SAME TIME IN TWO SEPARATE POTS
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO MEAT EXCEPT FOR BUTTER AND CREAM
ADD FROZEN PEAS LAST
MASH AND/OR WHIP POTATOES AND ADD CREAM AND SALT AND PEPPER
ADD MEAT MIXTURE TO CASSEROLE DISH AND SPREAD MASHED POTATOES ON TOP EVENLY
BAKE FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES UNTIL POTATOES START TO BROWN
