Mark Sievers should become president of the Professional Note takers Association of America. This dude is a murder for sure, but he can write scribe like a beast he is.

The defence is doing more harm to their case by recalling Wright n all the other recalls. Not a smart move it would seem

(Sievers) Writes when witnesses are on the stand that he doesn't want to look in the eyes and make eye contact with. He gave the lady police worker his total attention. Looked at screen while messages were shown for CWW, but when no messages were on screen, he writes. Makes me also wonder if Sievers himself put that hammer on top of the freezer before he left and that was a plan between them from the beginning. Any one would have a plan A, and at least one backup plan B before she walked in. That was sure a handy unexpected place for a hammer to be...just when and where he needed it.

I dont know what the defense attorney is doing, but this is just rediculous. Recalling all prior witnesses with some useless questions isnt a defense. I already had some doubts about the defense attorney from what we saw during the first few days of the trial, but this recalling just shows how ineffective he actually is...

The defence really is unclear what he was trying to do throughout this whole trial. He just confuses people. Really ineffective, I don’t know if this guy has been in court before, at least not a trial. Prosecution is so strong and can tell very experienced

Defence bumbling, state making sure the nails stay in. Poor defence strategy, never mind questioning. Like I’ve said in another comment, this defence is just using up court time to pretend they have to earn their salary.

To me it doesn't matter how mr Wright sounds, killer or not, reduced sentence or not, at least the mastermind will receive justice. Whether or not Wright receives the sentence he deserves or not, Mark Sievers will get his due. The law doesn't always seem to be fair but such is life. You want your wife or husband killed, do it yourself and if you get somebody else to do it, he's going to turn on you...but Sievers really thought he's got it all worked out and I think that's also the mind of a killer, he kept his grubby hands clean and didn't care about anything else. He's crying because he got caught. His best friend??...he left him to take the fall..... he's a coward. We all sin but killing somebody who did you no harm for financial gain, I cannot understand.

Also I believe Mr Wright felt as though he he owed Sievers bc he had helped him financially & giving him a place to live at one time Yea if I waa a juror it wouldn't take me long to say guilty. Also them bringing wright back in just made Sievers look worse

I have never seen an attorney ask for so many side bars! Heck before even getting a sustainable objection he asks for a side bar! Some of the rulings against him he will give the judge a look like “are we really going there” or “I know you are not against me”! Judge Kyle is an amazing judge and always smiles but he needs to take note from the person videoing ppl coming out of his courtroom and showed he doesn’t play in some circumstances!
