Another one of Mark Westerfield’s builds running on Astro Turf at RCHR….The truck is an Vintage RC10T running a Tamiya Super Stock motor, Vintage Tekin ESC, Reedy Shorty Lipo, Reedy Servo, Sanwa Transmitter, JConcepts Tires on Vintage RC10T 3-piece wheels…

Can you please provide a detailed performance handling difference between the narrow tires and the fat tires in front? Thank you...

The wider tire gives it a wider contact patch, thus giving it a more aggressive steering on Astro Turf, in 2wd buggy for example, we run narrow tires in narrow wheels up front to reduce the contact patch, thus making the steering less aggressive….the same principle applies with these narrowed truck tires.

Hey cut part of the center section out, then glued and shut them back together

Mark cut and shut (glued together) regular 2.2 front tires and fit them onto the JConcepts narrow truck front wheels
