Market Stats for March 2024 - 25% Sales Ratio!?
Just thought I'd start sharing a glimpse of what goes inside our team real estate weekly meetings. What we talk about and try to understand the up to date market conditions. Do you know what a sales ratio of 33% mean? It means that for every 100 current listings in the market that month, 33 homes have sold. That is a very healthy market. Anything between 12% and 20% is a stable market. If its in the 30-60% sales ratio, then its considered a sellers market. Sellers can get their homes sold faster for a better price!
