If you find one item that sells more than others, figure a way to use that item in different ways. If freeze-dried strawberries are very popular, offer freeze dried strawberry powder, or balsamic strawberries, honey strawberries, or white strawberries.

Of course its legal. You buy it and then process it and then resell as something else. No yoy font sell skittles and skittles lol. Rename it and good to go😊

You can just copy the labels already in circulation. Also, depending on if you are selling under cottage food laws, you dont have to have calorie labels.
