I think that one was actually intentional tho? Like mark said he technically didn't hit the button and Help Wanted had lots of those gimmicks were you had to be processed (pretty much the entirety of the repair minigames, the slightest mistake in those could have gotten you killed and I'm pretty sure that this part of the game is based off of those minigames)

I got less than half of these bugs while playing so seems like it.

I have encountered every bug he has throughout my playthrough, including Freddy not being able to open his hatch during the quest where you need to find a way to put chica in the trash compactor. The only thing I didn't screw up was the buttons when upgrading Freddy. In fact, I found another bug that he did not. If you use the laser on a wet floor sign, roxy, no matter how far away she is, will come sprinting towards it

The only parts they modeled were parts that could be visible behind the eyes, so a warm peach color in the background and the visible endo-skeleton. You can see that stuff, just not 100% of it.

It is unintentional. As someone who is currently learning this sort of animation, I can say for certain that they fucked up the animation somehow; either the original animation is that and it’s just lazy, or they made a high quality animation and it’s framerate was massively reduced by some bug when they added it to the game.

It may actually be intentional (I've seen entities move at slow framerates sometimes in other games), but they usually only do so when they're either far away or completely out of sight of the player, so the fact that some S.t.a.f.f. bots do this anyway when you're looking right at them may be a bug

He encountered several glitches and bugs, IE the Mazercise issue and the teleporting of animatronics. Mark was just seriously unfortunate.

@@brokenspirit274 apparently, going off of what I've read is that the problem is that the map is so big, you could very easily lose the animatronics, so to make up for it, they made it so the animatronics teleport. The main thing that I've seen that I don't know if they changed it as of late but if you get caught by a security bot, an animatronic will teleport behind you and will continue to teleport behind you to keep up as you try to escape. It's more so a game design issue than anything else.

he was annoyed but he still enjoyed the game, he did say that after he beats it he's going to wait for the bugs cause like, he uses steam obviously, so the notes from steel wool are visible. so he is aware they're fixing it. But like he's annoyed, I mean I'd be annoyed too.

You can tell he was let down by it overall, which is understandable given how broken and unfinished it is.

@@iamferby4144 lmao what?? the glitches aren't limited to the models looking a bit funny or saying something weird, many of the bugs severely get in the way of a good gameplay experience for players - freddy frequently just runs past gregory or just does not come at all, causing players to get stuck in areas or die and lose progress - freddy in general is a buggy mess, which doesn't bode well for the game when he is the main game mechanic driving the whole thing; there's bugs where people just can't enter or exit his chest cavity, or get stuck in or out of recharge stations rendering him basically useless - certain game mechanics will just not work for some reason, causing players to effectively be locked out of playing the game as it's meant to be played; the map, blaster/camera, and multiple hiding spots being a few examples - the terrible ai tracking of the other animatronics take away from any sort of suspense that the game might have, not to mention their janky teleporting and spawning; they can literally spawn ONTOP of the player, how is this not detrimental to the gameplay experience? players (including markiplier) have lost hrs and hrs of progress due to this - the player can just, phase through walls. not much to say here, when crouching jumping or just hiding somewhere gregory can phase through the game level. in fact, the other animatronics do this too seemingly randomly as well- which isn't great when the enemies that are chasing you can sometimes just go through walls and doors to catch you, it's frustrating because no matter how good the player is there is no way to avoid this bug - animations can bug out and keep repeating for the other animatronics, causing players to get stuck in neverending sequences with them forcing them to either reload a save or die purposefully and restart if they are on the no save portion of the game, costing them their entire progress - plot important dialogue not playing for whatever reason! sometimes it's just lore stuff, *sometimes* it's essential instructions for what the player is meant to do next. there are some funny bugs here and there but the majority of what people are complaining are the ones where it screws the players over and just makes the game not very fun to play

@@sirlegitimate I dont think you understand. When you turn raytracing on, the game has to load each and every individual polygon for a whole model to be raytraced in it's entirety. So when you have a model that is a couple hundred thousand polys because you didnt bake down onto a lowerpoly model, it will lag severely with raytracing turned on. In most cases, in this game, the models could have been baked down from a couple hundred thousand to maybe 10 thousand and thats being generous. Even in 3D modeling software like Maya, the program will crash in a lot of cases where you have a single model with thousands upon thousands of polys like that. Also, if you were to even open up a file that size, it would take what feels like forever to load. No lets just add on raytracing to that and boom. Your program crashes. Another thing, Mark is rich and I garuntee you he has a godly gaming pc that should be able to handle raytracing. It really just boils down to how the game had nothing baked down.

@@sirlegitimate i would like to think that the amount of people complaining about the stuttering plus the amount of loading issues mark had even on lowest settings would be a sign that they couldve optimised stuff, plus i would like to think that mark would have a good pc seeing as almost everything he does would revolve around his pc. And its true they couldve baked down the textures so that the game isnt 80gb, i mean yeah the game is big but i would say with proper space optimisation it could be down to 30-40gb just from looking at other games that are a similar overall size in gameplay

The way I see it, with a fnaf game that’s much more of a step-up from the other games than it realistically should be, can you really blame the game being a bit (sometimes a lot) buggy? I do think trying to make this game work with ray tracing was a stretch though they probably would’ve been better off not doing that so they could focus more on fixing glitches and performance issues.

That wasn't nessisaraly a bug? That was her spawn location, she didn't as she was supposed to and spawned in the location. The dev's could have made sure that animatronics couldn't actually spawn by putting a check for it, but that's not really a bug, just a missing feature I guess

@@springles7775 That is a bug though since the attribute (the location of the respawn) of the feature (respawning) behaves in an unintended way in practice (doesn't take into consideration the player's position and could, therefore, respawn on top of the player)

@@lode-star again less of a bug cuz chica is behaving exactly as intended, that is one of the many places she is allowed to spawn and therefore did her job correctly, game is functioning as it's supposed to, it's just inconvenient to the player. Hence the reason why I'm saying it's not technically a bug, it's missing a useful aspect that could be added in to make it less inconvenient for the player, but is technically behaving as it should.

We affect how much wiggle room and crunch time devs get with hype, backlash and preorders, but we don't decide a deadline, the publishers do. Don't buy a game until it comes out, be vocal about how you feel towards games released before they're finished, and pray that things change.

I'm pretty sure that isn't a bug, the animatronics can open doors, the reason it looked like a bug was because of the fact that in the security minigame it locks them out, but when you are not in the minigame mode than it functions like all of the other doors in the game
