I have a bookkeeping business. Is this MY responsibility? I asked a CPA and she said at a seminar she went to this week they were advised NOT to do this for their clients...only to notify their clients. Otherwise, how are business owners notified that they need to do this? I learned about it from a bookkeepers association with which I am a member otherwise I never would have known about it.

Funny thing is, the Exempt entities are all the types of entities that Senators and Representatives own. "Rules for THEE, not for ME" Just what we need, more info on government databases readily available to foreign hackers(which is happening more often every month), AND over-reaching government agencies that decide they should have access to this new database....

So another fee to make more hassles for small businesses. This is the result of big corporations under the table payments to eliminate small competitors that were formerly their employees. (Corporations don't want their employees working two jobs as it takes away from the companies financial control of employees).

Mark we have a few family timeshares one with two brothers and we rent do rent some weeks to help cover maintenance fees. All RENT IS less than the 14 days per year In addition I have two other one week only time shares that I my wife and I own and we rent less than 7 days for each. Not LLCs do we need an LLC if we get rent however on our tax return when we report the 14 rule we pay no tax.

i set up a checkbook roth IRA/LLC back in 2021. i've since come to realize this wasn't a great decision, and i'm looking to dissolve it and roll it back over to fidelity. can I do this before 2025 without having to go through this?

Any entity that is registered with a state. eg, general partnership don 't file this report.

I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Larysa Caba with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. she allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. My accountant told me he is going to file my S-corps BOI with FINCEN in October. I thought that it had to be 90 days from Jan 1, 2024? My accountant said he filed an extension on my taxes though so maybe he filed an extension on the BOI as well. Is filing the BOI in October Ok? I don’t want to get hit with the $500 /day fine.

That's the problem...it will all be leaked sooner or later, either by overreaching sister government agencies even if they have to lie to a judge to get a fraudulent warrant like they have numerous times over the last couple years, or leaked by hackers that have already been breaching all our government servers...
