I still can't figure Jaehyun out. He is so serious, calm, and quiet and then he has occasional bursts of joking and silliness! I can't tell if the majority of the time he is uncomfortable, thinks certain things are just dumb and pointless, feels overshadowed by the more outgoing members, annoyed, super serious, really reserved, very introverted, extremely laidback or all the above. He is a mystery to me. I usually can figure people out pretty quickly, but not Jaehyun!

I actually had the same thought some months ago, I noticed when there is chaos he is usually unbothered and calm but sometimes he can be really silly, and joke around. I sometimes stare at him during nct variety shows and I can’t tell whether he’s bored,irritated or just calm. Whether he’s introverted or extroverted.I feel like he’s just more chill ( sometimes annoyed of all the noise)but prefers to observe the chaos rather than join in. I guess he’s more of a ‘perciever’,he doesn’t feel the need to put forth anything unless he can put more.

I think he tends to watch and analyze things to figure out what makes people tick/how they'd react to that particular situation. He seems the type to join in if he feels he can 'improve' the situation/will it meet people's expectation or if he's satisfied to let it 'go' as it is. I also think his energy level is tied to how he acts because he seems the type to act for the 'long game' and not just for the moment.
