It’s all good Mark.. some of us still have to buy used due to keep inside our budget lol. But keep pushing man get on the track soon as you want. It’ll feel a lot better because you know everything is within working condition. Oh and don’t think we missed you saying the new car is coming soon😂. I’ll be waiting to buy a spare NB and EB when the prices for last gen drop

I feel ya Mark. I bought a EB48.4 last year at the TOP end of used pricing. When it came in, the chassis was cracked during shipping. Seller paid for half a new one, but I put the car on the shelf until Southern Nats since it was a spare. During Southern Nats I started tearing it apart. The outdrives were tore up, the pivot balls were ovalized, the D plate was worn like yous......I was so pissed I threw it in a box and finally just sold the box to a friend for $30 so I wouldn't have to look at it anymore.

Sounds like me talking about my UDR. "I've had it with this car" haha. 1 hour later I'm at the hobby shop buying parts again for it ...

I got a Animus mt 18 with a velineon 6s brush-like no other. What a blast for such a small RC. Maybe you should look at them super fun.

Did you try loosing the bottom of the shock just a 1/4 turn? My brand new one was the same way. Loosened it some and it never leaks and is smooth as butter. Garuntee that will fix it bro.

Dangit... I should have probably tried that first! I will let you know

Mine are doing the exact same thing I rebuilt mine to the point of cleaning them and putting new oil in them and I even polished the shaft and it’s still sticking at the top and when it’s down it comes up nice and smooth but when it’s at full extension it’s sticking pushing me off Mugen is all hype I should of just bought a Arma and put a censored system and new survo

I found roofing screws in my tekno sct 410.3 holding the front bumper down. Had to replace the front diff case. But I traded a shitty serpent srx2 chassis for this. So in my mind score! Always expect to have to refurbish any used rc

I don't know that chassis so I don't have any idea what you might have spent, but, ouch. I'll bet you are learning something about the overall design and maybe better understand what some of the design flaws are that allowed things to get to this point?

Especially since dude wrenched everything stupid tight!!! Hand tight is more than enough for the bodies on the nb48.4. Learned the hard way myself

Same story with my used e truggy guy tightened the shocks like a gorilla and also made them look like crap.
@johnreyes19785 жыл бұрын
Lol cool video thx
@craigjones28545 жыл бұрын
The shock body is damage. The tekno plastic is not that great. I got 3 cars the plastic is not like kyosho or hotbodies. When you tighten down on there's you know it

Bro it's not a big deal... Sometimes you lose money , the next time around , you save money..... It all balances out... A month later , you're not worrying about money you shouldn't have sent because you keep making more.... Drive that shit and enjoy it . Lots of people want what you have , that you're complaining about .
