Remember that these are low versions of actual air force, they are not the first one air force 1 and they would never be used in basketball because it's so easy to dislocate your ankle in them, that's why they always version with hight ankle protection

Play in the mids or the original high tops instead. Lows are never meant to be used on the court anymore since you can roll your ankle easier.

Cupsole in today's retros are thicker than the OG's and also very straight, with, check Moses Malone pics and those are thinner and with a curve for the foot arch, just like Air Jordan 1 OG (and the 85s nowadays) versus most of the retros.
