Marmolada, highest peak of Dolomites (3343m). Can be climbed through via ferrata or normal way (glacier).

[EN] - Ascent to the highest peak of the Dolomites, from Lago di Fedaia. Due to the fact that the Refugio where the cable car leads from the lake was destroyed from previous years. It disrupted our plans a bit and so we were forced to climb it out from below on our own.
We took it from the cottage to the ferrata that leads from the west side. The ferrata was a bit wet, but what to expect when the glacier melts over you: D ..
Upstairs we had a light alcoholic rest and the way down we took a normal way, ferrata, glacier and parking.
[CZ] - Výstup na nejvyšší vrchol Dolomit, od Lago di Fedaia. Vzhledem k tomu, že chata kam vede lanovka od jezera byla zničená z předešlých let. Trošku nám to narušilo plány a tak jsme byli nuceni vylézt to až odspodu po svých.
Nahoru jsme to vzali od chaty k ferratě, která vede ze západní strany. Ferrata byla trošku mokrá, ale co čekat, když nad Vámi taje sníh :D ..
Nahoře jsme si dali lehký svařák a cestu dolů jsme vzali normálkou, ferrata, ledovec a parkoviště.
DOPORUČENÍ: Bez výbavy tam nelezte ani v létě, ne nesmeky nestačí, jak se přesvědčil pár, který se nás na parkovišti ptal jestli to můžou jít bez vybavení.
Na ledovci je spousta viditelných trhlin.
RECOMMENDATION: Do not climb there without equipment even in summer, Anti-skid shoe are not enough, as a couple who convinced us in the parking lot asked if they could go without equipment.
There are a lot of visible cracks on the glacier.
