@@richardtan7282 the video is slowed down so it may have looked like a carry. Most likely, timing-wise it was clean. The lift-like motion he does is actually common technique for back sets too

I saw Rod Wilde (UC pepperdine & tucson Sky) set a 1 to the middle hitter (scott english) diving for a pass so low it put him flat on his back. that was 1978. abd so amazing i've never forgotten it.

U know that was world class serve with extra spice….but that reception 👀👏….technique was maybe not the most sound, but who tf cares if marouf barely moved his feet and can’t really blame the guy either if he literally had .22 seconds to react 😂
