How can someone marry a fictitious entity as a U.S Citizen is a cestie que trust. (CW) In Re Bolens (1912) "U.S. Citizen is a cestui que trust". Do you mean a trust marriage to another trust?

Ma’am My wife applied i130 I got interview and visa officer gave me 221G I submitted more evidence now they sent revoke latter and even lying in letter I have also submitted WhatsApp chat of one year but still they said I haven’t faced interview in English’ so should I hire lawyer and plZ tell me if you know success rate in winning immigration court case”

Hi. I have my I-130 approved. But my i485 still pending. But am in removal proceeding, can I still cancel or terminate my removal proceeding with court ? Since my I-130 is approved.
