I appreciate you documenting this. I remember this hotel fondly because it held the annual anime convention Anime USA from 2012 - 2019 (it then moved back to Hyatt Regency Crystal City, VA in 2022). It was a humble-sized hotel venue with great indoor and outdoor spots for cosplay photography. A lot memories of this place!

i was in there before it got demolished i was there with dc fire and ems when they were doing drills there i remember seeing a person in the lobby that wasn’t associated with DCFEMS
