Allah says in a beautiful hadith qudsi: "O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as its.” (Tirmidhi) Finally Allah says: “Remember Allah during times of ease and He will remember you during times of difficulty” (Tirmidhi) Thanking Allah - "And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]...” (Qur'an, 14:7)

A man's spouse has to admire him and get the respect that comes from that. And the standards for admiration should be congruent with what is recommended in the Deen. Also, there has to be a reasonable amount of attraction involved regarding the selection of a spouse. At the least they should bring joy to your heart and eyes when you look upon them. And from this realization a true sense of gratitude from the knowledge of being blessed in a way that dreams are made of.

Resenting the experience will only make it more difficult for you to realize the potential and probability of properly identifying a mate that's in agreement with the best in you. Allah has created mates for us. And with the right one it brings out the best in us. Let your hope grow into optimism so that you will embrace the probability of enjoying the company of someone that is suited for you and you for them.

I am ready for marriage....but I am a university student.....and I guarantee no matter how religion a person is they would never give their daughter to marry me because everyone wants a wealth in laws or atleast a financially stable husband....and that's actually ok I think ......

yeah that's okay honestly but the way it has been made "THE WEDDING STANDARD" in our societies is not okay and is against islamic values! We don't look or even try to put effort to get to know someone be their characters rather we look at their houses, Income, education even they themselves could be a worse human being let alone be a Muslim in a real sense! it's a bad situation and I think the change needs to happen by better understanding of marriage and the blessings of this relationship, may Allah guide us all Ameen ❤

Being ready also includes being financially ready to secure another person too, even when she is working. It is not about showing a big house and new car. It’s about showing that you like your job, have a stable workplace, your income is clear and to show you can take also financially care of a family. That is an important part in marriage. Even when you are humble, you don’t want to be scared if you can pay the next three rent for example. In islam the women has areas in marriage to fullfill and the man has too. Being the financially pillar is one of the man. When your wife will insha Allah be pregnant with your child than she want to feel secure. Just be patient, you are on a very great way. Just study, find a stable job and work for some years. Every mahram will like that insha Allah.

It's all about your standard in society. You would only marry a middle class woman if you are middle class also. So, a standard e.g 1k$ a month is what you should be earning to have a wife for a middle class. It's not those days when there was Islam in people's heart. So you have to live like that or if you're lucky InshAllah then spend no money on your wedding.

“There is no hadith that says you must be financially secure before marriage.” Well in the Qur’an itself, in Surah Nisa, it does say men are supposed to be protectors and providers of women. Guys, you don’t have to make six figures to marry a woman, but don’t expect women to like you if you’re broke. Please work and make some money, just enough to support a wife because it is her Islamic right to be provided for. Even if you just make $60K a year, that money is already enough to live as a couple (assuming you have no kids). You can marry with that salary, but do try to make more money later on in life. The point is that women want a man who has a high earning *potential*. That means they want a guy who they think will most likely work hard to make lots of money in the future , even if he doesn’t make a lot of money at the moment.

Make it clear to your mom (respectfully) that you're serious about having a wife and having a good will waste time and is against my beliefs. If she questions how will you know her? Say if the potential girl agrees with me to speak to her father (which means she agrees she will like you and marry you), then during the introduction stage you and the girl will talk and get to know each there more. You can meet in public settings in a group of three to make it halal :)

Marry someone who can secure the future for your kids and prevent poverty. In as much as i like this teaching bro I'll disagree with this because the state of the economy in the world is bad and alot of kids are really suffering because of the mistakes of their parents marrying for the so called compatibility 😅. Come to Africa northern states and see real suffering there then you'll understand that it's not compatibility rather finance and mental protection is what builds a comfortable marriage. Inshallah

Very few people would get married that way. Only a smaller percentage of people are strong financially, majority have not much to very little. They have to marry too and living poor is part of life for a very percentage of people, always has been.

@@novado.5493 it can't be for me because that's one thing I'm making sure of,my dad always advised me to marry someone who loves and can secure my children's future financially in order to avoid the wretchedness of the world. Seriously looking at the state of the economy in the world I won't want to make such ill life changing decisions and also we're passed that medieval times where people marry for compatibility.

If a woman is living a decent life with her parents, why would she think about marrying at young age especially with an unemployed man? And on the top of that if she becomes a hosuewife , she will do all household chores like a maid , but what will she get at the end? Hardly two meals in a day? Men are more interested in marriages just because of their carnal desires, but marriage isn't only about having s*x, there is a huge responsibility, if u can't even provide for yourself, how will u provide for others? There is difference in living of today and 1400 years back then, people matured earlier and their income wasn't dependent on university degree, they could earn at young age, but how come a 20 year old boy of modern time take responsibility of his wife who can't even be responsible for himself? That's crazy

Sorry, but when did this scholar give this lecture? I want to know where you can find accommodations for $150 a month in the US in 2024. While no Hadith talks about the financial security aspect of it, we also see Rasoolullah (saw) teaching 'Ali (ra) how to make money so he can take care of Fatima (ra). So, I feel that this is terrible counsel. Anyone who thinks that they'll have a happy marriage in poverty is deluding themselves.

He is from Indonesia, $150 is around 2 million rupiah in Indonesia, that income is lower class income in Indonesia, but he still can survive if he has simple lifestyle

(Unless you have issues comprehending 4 digit numbers and are perfectly capable of comprehending 3 digit numbers - in which case, totally understand why he needs to use these examples for the crowd that he needs to address).

You should know the best role model for us is Imam ali pbuh and bibi syeda s.a ...God gave victory to Islam in the battle of Badr in the year 2 of Hijri. Two months after the battle, Fatima Zahra, the daughter of Muhammad Mustafa, and Ali, the son of Abu Talib were married. Fatima Zahra was only five years old when her mother - Khadija, may God bless her - died, and thenceforth, her father, Muhammad Mustafa, the Apostle of God, took charge of the duties of a mother also for her. The death of her mother had created a void in her life but her father filled it with his love and tenderness. Muhammad, the Messenger of God, gave the utmost attention to the education and upbringing of his daughter. If he was the ideal for all men, his daughter had to be the ideal for all women, and she was. He made her the ideal of womanhood in Islam. She was the personification of devotion and obedience to the Creator, and she was the embodiment of all heavenly purity and saintliness. In character and personality, she bore a most striking resemblance to her father. Fatima, the daughter, was the image of Muhammad, the father.

Similar background people usually have similar goals in life. I know guy who has immigrant parents but was born US. He wanted his wife to also be born and raised in US also. Because people born and ones that comes from outside have different mentality. Some want same educational background. Get your guardian involved. They are the ones responsible for finding the right person.

So how would one know her if you can't get to talk to her as many muslims say relationship is haram . In order to know all that is only possible when you talk to her . And even muslims look down on the talking stage . No wonder why there so many failed marriages and a lot of frustrated wives who's emotional and financial needs were never met and mainly the problem was the man . Him being emotionally unavailable and using islam as an excuse to run from conclusions and tough talks . And blame women in the end

I had searched about it and yes you can, but the characters design have to not be sexual and there's some people like draw one eye ,one mouth or separate the head from the body but this is haram actually and I advice you to don't draw any features to avoid suspicionand . if you have the ability to make an animated show it have to teach right values and doesn't have any type of music and you good to go inshallah
