@@andreasostermayer1438 yeah...and the Austrians chose to dump the piece as anthem, and instead stole a piece from a Coatian...and Anhalt -Dessau was a dominion of the house of Ascania...closely related to the Hohenzollern. and by the way...Mozart was German...and Hitler was not...he never legally held German citizenship...he was Austrian up to his death. Don´t like Videos featuring german content? Don´t watch em. Always those "Bergseppel" with inferiority complex.

His Grandparents and his Father were Germans ( from Augsburg ). at this time and age ,offspring had the nationality of the father #( and women had barely a say about anything ), Check out the fact´s. Yes Hitler was an unsucessful Artist who later ruled Germany, ....and Austria...did not 1,2 Million Austrians celebrate their "New austrian Emporer on the Greater German Reich´s Throne" ? their "new Austrian ruler of the next Holy Empire"? As some austrian Newspaper headlines read, just the Day after the Anschluss? Making amongst others, historical questionable and dubious claims and accusations. That clearly takes shape after your initial coment. Where did I admit "My false behaviour"...and what "false behaviour are you talking about ? Giving you some actual historical facts? Showing you that Austrians have an inferiority complex and tend to distort History? you know like ..."it was all the germans, they forced us..we were their victims...we had nothing to do with those war´s. I do not need to compare marching music from Germany (Prussia) and Austria (Hungary) ,because it´s still the same as it was when it was composed , and I surely want change my mind, and surely the majority of the World want change it´s mind. One is played and adored ( and is standart work for many military marching band´s ) around the World, the other does not even play the second fidle.

I can see playing this as a trumpet at a ceremony or performance, but its hard to imagine doing this while marching. This is likely why this is considered a presentation march.

Prussia just took our land what was bad for us but they didn't try to exterminate Slavic people or to do something similar to Nazi crimes. It was a tolerant state, there was no difference for a king what ethnicity are you or what religion do you believe. It has changed after unification of Germany but with all of its disadvantages German Empire was normal civilized country which brought a lot to European civilization.

Diese Aufführung fand im August 1987 anlässlich der 750 Jahrfeier in Ostberlin statt. Gespielt vom vereinigten Musikorchester der NVA. Solo und Gasttrompeter ist Gerd Fischer vom Gewandhausorchester Leipzig. Eine der besten Aufführungen dieses wunderschönen Marsches.

Meine Vorfahren waren alle Militaristen. Beim Königlichen Ulanenregiment Kaiser Wilhelm, König von Preussen, sowie beim Jagdgeschwader Manfred Freiherr von Richthofen. Mein Vorfahr, Willi Wilhelm Reinhard war der Staffelführer und Nachfolger von Richthofen nach seinem Tod.

Very strange ‘ pacifism ‘ I consider myself a pacifist mainly because I will not be dictated to and forced into a governmental war , but I love dictators !, however if the “enemy” was at my door I might think differently ; on the other hand I have been in the military but then , I would not wish to injure a political comrade ! . DIe preussisch-deutsche Militärmusik ist unübertroffen in der Welt. Auch wenn wir die beiden letzten Weltkriege verloren haben (was nicht verwunderlich ist, da wir beide Male gegen die ganze verfluchte Welt Krieg geführt haben), sollte unserem Militär, jenseits aller Vor- und Nachurteile, zugestanden sein, dass es hervorragend kämpfte, eine wunderschöne musikalisch-ästhetische Tradition aufwies und Deutschland würdig vertrat in der Welt. Ich jedenfalls bin stolz, ein Deutscher zu sein. Auch wenn ich dafür von allen gehasst werde. Traurigerweise vor allem von jungen, ungebildeten, unbelesenen, reichen verzogenen Kindern aus dem links-grünen Klientel.

Was laberst du für einen Unsinn? Die Wehrmacht als militärischer Arm einer Verbrecherbande vertrat Deutschland bestimmt nicht "würdig". Etwas anderes ist es, wenn man neben der Täter- und Opferrolle der deutschen Soldaten im 2. Weltkrieg militärische Tugenden wie Kameradschaft und Tapferkeit anerkennt, die in der deutschen Traditionslinie stehen, sowie auch individuelles militärisches Geschick, sofern es nicht direkt in Verbindung mit Verbrechen steht.

Ich habe vorhin gerade gelesen, daß am 15.Dezember 1745 die Preussen, bei Kesselsdorf, mit dem Marsch, zum Angriff marschiert sind.Der König war schon nach Prag geflohen. Da kann ich mir vorstellen, daß die sächsische Linieninfanterie Fersengeld gegeben hat, als die langen Kerls mit erhobenen Standarten anmarschierten.
