Marsheaux (pronounced mar-so) are a female synthpop duo from Thessaloniki, Greece. They moved in 2000 to Athens and in 2003 they started Marsheaux in order to express their love for the electropop of the 80's. The problem of naming the band was easily solved by combining the first syllables of their names, Marianthi and Sophie.

I thought that they were french, because the name sounds French. Because of the notes, I now know where they're from. They're the best female synth group. I love it. Thanks.

Vive la New Wave! Avec la musique planante style JMJ et le rock progressif, ce sont les meilleures musiques que l'on aie créées. Cette chanson de Marsheaux est une de mes préfèrées d'elles.

The girls have another fan evey since there was on a backing track of omd and that song as good but with the girls been on that said track there have made it 100 times better its 1 one them songs that just needed a womens voice added on to it...now most weekends im listening. To marsheaux tracks on u tube.

Any Marsheaux fans help me out here... LOVE this song, but most of the other stuff I've tried to click on of theirs is covers. Do they have any other (I'm assuming this is) ''originals' that are similar to this? I really enjoy this song. Been a fan of 80s new wave for 35 years now, this is probably the only song I've heard made in the last 15 years that really grabs me. Do they have any other stuff that is of the same tone/style of this that isn't a cover? (none of their covers I like as much as this tune, in spite of some of them being pretty decent)
