So lovely to see you back on my feed, Manuela! I keep meaning to send you a photo of me, your cookbook, the lovely spatula you sent, but each time I bake or cook one of your recipes. I forget. Please kno❤w how grateful I am, and how much I enjoy your book. For others reading this, you will not be disappointed if you buy Manuela’s book, every recipe works perfectly, unlike many other books I have purchased. The photos are beautiful. I am working my way through the book, and changing recipes I have used for years ( I have been baking for over 50 years) They are good recipes, I have worked on them for years, but Manuela’s are often, better. Thankyou for your time, effort and passion, Manuela. ❤

Such a phoenomenal amount of work! Prob tastes fab too. I would'nt have the patience to do it. I would pipe multicoloured meringue and stick a pop in it. Would'nt taste nearly as nice though. Great work!

Yes you can, have you tried marzipan instead, it is so much more delicious, it is made from almonds and powdered sugar, you can find it on my channel how to make it.

My 3 year old 😍 niece is the biggest fan of marshmallows and last year over the festive holidays I spent a fortune💸💸 on them. +Omg Squids There's no meat, but there's gelatin. So even though I can't make or even have this, I can still watch and eat with my eyes. Manuela's videos are always pretty, but this one is above and beyond in the pretty department. It made me happy. 😊

Madison McNeal gelatin is made from animal (pig, chicken, cow) connective tissues so it is not vegetarian, here is a wikipedia entry about how it's made: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gelatin

After put left over half corn syrup into mixing bowl you didn't show when need to add warm syrup into after gelatin or before . Sorry but i am quite confuse

Why not pipe each colour right on top of the previous colour? Then they will stick together nicely...

You could probably use a hand mixer if you had someone to help you. It would be hard to pour the syrup while running the mixer by yourself. Plus they need to mix for a long time, your arms will be very tired.
