I guess I would have thought more people would take advantage of the combined savings? Today I finally heard from Stellantis and my Challenger has been built and shipped to the dealer. Wahoo. I bet it’s not many though, salespeople wouldn’t know much about it and I figure a lot of people wouldn’t opt for it on an already awesome SP wide body car. I just received an update from Dodge, my 2023 Challenger SPWB F8 T/A is finally in production. I'll be set for a long time. I've had the Charger a year in July and have 2,000 miles on it, thanks to an 06 Subaru Outback sedan as a daily driver. I'm not really sure how to post photos on KZfaq. Lol.

Yeah I don’t consider those a rare model just a more unique build, because if you get into those specs most vehicles will be a 1 of a much smaller amount because you opted for this or that option. Truthfully, if you customized the car when ordering then it will probably be max 1/100 or less as not everyone will order sunroof, brembos, packages, even you could get racing stripes which im sure they didn’t do much of. I just considered vehicles that had a limited production run (so Dodge says we won’t make any more than this) with the exception of the 2017 SRT 392 which takes into account the entire trim level for the whole year since it happened to be the lowest produced year of any Charger SRT model since 2006.

This is the one I was thinking about and may have missed putting in, but I could not for the life of me find any production numbers. I know they have a Challenger and Charger one and they are so sick but everywhere I look just says "Limited". Is yours numbered or does it have a dash plaque?

Yeah thanks for pointing that out, I actually just decided from the beginning that a color couldn’t make the list on its own without being a special model (like Stone White but it’s a Daytona, Hemi Orange but it’s a Super Bee). Reason being I already did a rare colors video and it leaves me open to doing an updated one. So like the 07 SRT8 is identical to every other SRT8 aside from the purple, whereas the Super Bees lets say are different even if details are small. The colors are also difficult to track down. They also usually bring the colors back as well. From my data, 2007 they had 300 Plum Crazy SRT8s and 1,520 Daytonas, but there were also only 152 Plum Crazy’s on the 2013 SRT8s and just 48 Hemi Oranges (hard info to find though as some of these may have been Super Bees but I can’t find that out conclusively.) And I want to say Jazz Blue was the rarest 2015 Charger color (131 across all SRTs and Hellcats) simply because nobody wanted to order it 😂. So yeah the colors make it tougher and I decided not to do them here, gotta have rules or else the video would be difficult to do. I had no idea they had serialized plaques though that’s new info to me!

@@MarspeedCars Any info on how many 2012 - 2014 Charger SRT8s were produced with that dark blue (I don't know the specific name of the color) and with caramel interior? If you need an example look for the video "Dodge Charger SRT Review" by EverydayDriver. That combination seems rare as hell, or maybe people are just hanging onto them because they look so good.

That Plum Crazy Super Bee is one of the most beautiful cars Ive ever seen (Dodge biased of course 😅) congrats! Question if you know, how was the take off with the Mopar ‘11? Only factory car from Dodge to have 3.92 gearing, heard great to takeoff but not the best on highway acceleration?

@@MarspeedCars The 3.92 rear was very quick off the line and the auto stick was fun. It had the super trackpack suspension as well. I upgraded the exhaust it was a beast. It was my daily. Had 2016 and 2020 widebody’ as well. The superbee sits in the garage. My daily is a 21’ Ram 2500 cummins limited.

I have a 14 R/T Classic in Plum crazy bought new its been junk from day one. It by far over qualified for CA Lemon Law and it's 1 of 36 I see why now.

Yes the V8 are supposedly done after 2023 for the Jeeps, Chargers, and Challengers 😢

I would say it’s more like a Hellcat with all those features and just the 6.4 Engine. Scats now can be way more barebones (like cloth seats or just Alcantara if you upgrade, no adaptive suspension, smaller brakes, etc.)
