Sir… I have started watching your lectures recently and I found them really informative and amazing. First of all thank you sir for preparing these short but immensely informative lectures for us and secondly Sir it’s a request from my side , I know sir it’s very hard to take time to prepare lectures for us but if possible sir can you please cover more topics of oral surgery as that would be a really good help not only for me and for others too. you can do ....through the opening made on anterolateral aspect of sinus whenever possible

What happened if we are not kept it open sir and in place of gauge if we put some gutta purcha what happened sir

if we fail to keep it open then again intracystic pressure may increase and cyst growth occurs because we are not removing entire cyst lining..initially we may use gutta percha to decrease irritation to the healing tissues

its a combination of marsupialization and enucleation...so initially you can avoid all the disadvantages of enucleation by performing marsupialization ...and later you can enucleate the cyst to avoid disadvantages of marsupialization
