Scottish here...twitching eyes at the amount of sugar in those oatcakes, and the rolled oats instead of pinhead! That aside, I do love watching these shows!

I love how Martha likes to be the know it all. She contradicted one of the girls. After Martha mentioned that “the lighter the chocolate the faster it burns”. The girls asked “is that because of the milk content” and Martha said “it’s because of the lack of chocolate content”. However, what I don’t think Martha realized was that she was actually agreeing with the girl. Because, YES, the milk content causes the milk chocolate to burn faster that the dark and YES, the dark chocolate has more cocoa content. Remember in the brownie recipe when Martha said the “MILK SOLIDS in the butter where what burns”? Well, the same goes for the milk chocolate 🍫 . So Martha was just being a little dominant and pissing about that question when she didn’t have to be, or maybe she didn’t understand the girls question.

I'm glad they were able to follow up that coconut blondie recipe with a fudge brownie recipe... I mean I'd just hate for woke cancel culture to go after Martha... But now that I think about it, I guess they might still do so given that the 3 gals are well, you know... blondies and not brownies.
