Great video! But I just want to correct one thing. Dextro and Sinestro Custos are slightly different apart from appearance. Sinestro deals ice damage and Dextro deals fire damage. Plus, having all three Custos glyphs on at onces gives them all a boost in effectiveness.

Can someone explain to me why this is called Martial Artist run when he uses bows the most? Are they considered a punching w weapon or something?

I can't figure it out if it's just not for clickbaiting. maybe because they shoot themselves, but union glyps strike themselves too, there's no 'physical' weapons in the game since they're all glyphs. I think he just made it up.

The main differences are that he starts with the double jump and his attack stat is massively buffed. Less "punching" and more the theme of a martial artist being physically-inclined. The bow is just because it's one of the better, faster weapons with a phenomenal special attack that's great for melting bosses.

Bows deals piercing damage which most meele glyph did like axe,rapier,sword.

I know the Red/Blue/Green/Black/White Drops give a lot of affinity for an element, are they just not strong enough to pick up in a speedrun? There must be something that can break the walls a few of them are hidden in fast enough.

Right after getting Magnes, couldn't you save a bit of time by using the double jump right after the Magnes fling to skip a platform and make it straight to the next exit? I know it's it's like a second that it saves if it works.
