The majority of soldiers follow orders. There would be a small sect who disobey but they would be quickly identified. We've seen veterans turn on veterans before and we need to operate in that understanding in order to be successful.

Soldiers and civil servants definitely have the right to defy unlawful orders already simply because they are unlawful but this should be a well covered and discussed issue

I would like to tell a story about something that I personally experienced. When Ron Paul was running the first time I was gung-ho, a little younger then :0), anyway. I took my family to the USAF base in Dayton Ohio for the Air Show and was wearing a Ron Paul shirt.. They had columns of metal detectors setup with people going through them. When we got to the detectors, they never scanned us, they never patted us down, just waived us right through. It was pretty humbling. The point is, they know who the good guys are. Think, separating the wheat from the chaff.

Obama and Hillary were now in full panic mode and Stevens was sent in to retrieve the rest of the Stingers. This was a "do-or-die" mission, which explains the stand down orders given to multiple commando teams. It was the State Dept., not the CIA, that supplied them to our sworn enemies, because Petraeus wouldn't approve supplying these deadly weapons due to their potential use on commercial aircraft. Then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus after he refused to testify that he OK'd the BS talking points about a spontaneous uprising due to a KZfaq video. Obama and Hillary committed treason and THIS is what the investigation is all about, why she had a private server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and why Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was the result of a KZfaq video, even though everyone knew it was not. Further...the Taliban knew that this administration aided and abetted the enemy without Congressional approval when Boehner created the Select Cmte, and the Taliban began pushing the Obama Administration for the release of 5 Taliban Generals. Bowe Bergdahl was just a pawn...everyone KNEW he was a traitor. So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised and a woman that is a serial liar, perjured herself multiple times at Congressional hearings. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft was called in because the administration knew our enemies had Stingers. Forward this again and again and again until everyone reads the true story. And Just think over half of the US population doesn’t know this.

They build small town hicksville departments into money machines . Meanwhile , myself and thousands like me no longer are willing to expose ourselves to these criminals and vow to stay north of the Mason Dixon line . I have driven hundreds of thousands of miles out west . Washington , Oregon ,Idaho ,Utah ,Nevada , Arizona , California . I've been hassled a few times and speed trapped a few more but not once was I stripped of property or harassed to a point where my own rights were given up to escape the situation .They will always ask to search your vehicle . If you refuse , as is your right , they will make your day a trip through hell itself . So you let them . I haven't driven more than a few thousand miles in the south from Texas to Florida and I have been stopped too many times to count and treated like a criminal each and every time . So in the end , the merchants and business owners are losers of the money we spend elsewhere .
