I bought the HD-28 just over 8 months ago and have been meaning to post a demo of how it sounds but have been struggling to get a decent sound to justify doing a demo for youtube as the mic on the camera is pants. I got hold of a Focusrite interface today so thought it would be a good opportunity to record the guitar using an SM57 direct into the Focusrite and then into GarageBand on the Mac.
Excuse the poor video quality and the sound on the Intro section, hopefully when the sound switches to the SM57 you will get an idea how good the Martin sounds.
The sound will obviously be better through headphones or a good set of speakers.
