On a Martin show documentary Martin Lawrence spoke about how much pressure he had on him from the Studio Execs to constantly come up with new characters and still keep it fresh - he carried the show with his Name built around him - he had so much pressure on him at all times - a phenomenal actor.

That's really odd to hear that the Network was Pressuring The Star of One of The Funniest sitcoms to hit prime time TV to create more characters..I'm really Hoping it's not True..The show supertalented phenomenal Cast whose chemistry was matched by no other..on the other hand if it was True I'm sure they had the Class Respect Professionlism and Decency to pay each character separately for appearances boosting the Shows Ratings for it Already had an audience without Pressuring Their Star and Overworking..There were half hour comedy sitcoms where they paid the main cast members $1,000,000 per episode each and they only played 1 character each and you could practically predict the punchlines and they were All Newcomers as Well...Who Ray fa HollyWood..😊Love&Peace luv ya byo eJ

Martin Lawrence has to be one of the best comedy actors of all time. It’s actually shocking to me how good he is. I hope he’s a billionaire… he deserves his success, flat out. I can’t think of anybody on his level…and it’s still funny 25 years later. I mean really.
