People seem to have forgotten, arguably in 2020, Maru WAS the 2nd best Terran in Korea. He had issues beating TY that year, until TY went to the military, then went back to SCBW. TY is one of the only reasons Maru doesn't have double digit GSL wins (yet). Lest we forget, he was also eliminated in 2023 GSL Season 3 in group stage, losing to Scarlett & Solar (the eventual champion). He has his off days, just like everyone else... it's just his off days are usually still good enough to beat 99% of players lol

The best part is when he's getting destroyed 0-4 against the real GOAT in grand final. You know, the guy who's won 10 premier tournaments more than him and who got a 78% win rate against him in series ^^ Maru's fans are hilarious man...

@@honk2727 each race should have their own goat maybe. I'm a fan of Maru too. Because of the way he plays and the way the race is designed. He's resilient, he's calm and collected, emotionless at 99% of the time. And his rare occasionally smirk when he knows he screwed up is just the cherry on top. As a Terran player, he'll always be my hero.

@@travisli5632 Knowing that Maru is great (the best terran ever obviously) and that he's your favorite player is one thing. But in sports and competitive games in general, achievements are here for a reason. Matches are here for a reason. Zidane is my favorite football player of all time, but i know he isn't the GOAT because he didn't won enough titles and wasn't dominant for as many years as Pelé, Maradona or Messi. Serral isn't my favorite player at all, i'm a Rogue/Clem fan. But dude... what do you need to see to finally admit it's not a matter of race or region ? He's the best because he beats everyone and win everything. As a former master zerg player, i just can't believe what he does with his keyboard and mouse... it's literally insane to know the game so well, to be that efficient in defense and offense, always being one decision ahead on his opponent, always knowing where the game is going and what the answer is, and on top of that being able to play at his top level on the biggest stages against the best players time and time again. He just won Katowice dropping 1 f***ing map and smashing your personal hero 4-0 in the grand final dude ^^ If he's not the GOAT then it's just refusing that this concept even exists, and why not i mean... some people thinks that space doesn't exists and earth is flat.

For me this is balance battle unlike Serral Zerg so OP at all imagine Serral armies wiped out in one clashing and yet still the cap of armies same as 200 just like no wiped-out happened I can say Zerg will make it nerf specially the infestor and the banelings

Worst commentators ever absolutely overwhelming, not understanding that less is actually more. Chaotic comment about nothing patronising, StarCraft players. Nothing is happening on the field and two people talking over each other with excitement about nothing. If you cut volume of your voices and speed down to 30% and be more informative than some action description. Where is none, it would be so much better. You are obviously clever people and you know the game but you will never be Hollywood superstars. So just stick to be reasonable and normal. I would rather watch this game commentating then whatever you have produced. This is simply criticism of your commentating style and not your personality. You must be obviously lovely people, you just pushing too hard.
