In plain area you must get more than 16 practically. On highways I had 20 plus. Same model AMT.

I think old Celerio and ignis are the best VFM small hatchback, good mileage, better handling at higher speeds

Because Ignis has a ground clearance of 180 mm, therefore the rear suspension is hard to control body roll. Ignis is 3 Star by Global NCAP. In this segment Ignis is the only car with 15 inch wheels. Sitting position is like the Old Santro. Mileage is good for a 1.2 litre engine. Very good car for City rides. Power 83 PS best in this segment of cars.

Prices vary state to state.. I have Alpha.. Now, Cost 9.15 lac on the road.. I have, done, 17000km.. The Best car, (off course Over budget) but best for City use, and Hill area. 1.2 engine.. Advisable, for 2 passenger.. For senior citizen difficult to get in and Steering control is not proper.. Conclusion. .. Best Car for youth. .mileage..start, 15 kmph to 30 kmph.. .

Steering control is not proper Could you please elaborate this point sir ? Like is the steering feedback poor ? How is the handling on highways ? Can a used 10 year old Ritz Zxi or Grand i10 asta optional be considered under ₹3.5 lakhs ? A used ignis zeta 2020 model 36,800 km is available for ₹5.50 lakhs.

@@vaibhav_naik5.5 for 2020 model is too costly. You can get new Sigma for below 6. Try to negotiate for around 4.5 to 5 if the condition is still very new. Otherwise go for new Sigma instead

As per 2022 global NCAP test results, the safety rating is 1 star for Ignis. In 2019 it was 3 star but after changes in the norms of NCAP test in 2022 the ratings came down drastically.

Try driving in Uk hills, let's say lal tibbi point, if you can take your vehicle with ease, then that should be your go to vehicle. Trust me Maruti thrive in these roads because of 4 cylinder engine and better weight and space management. I did drive Nexon, it's shit on these hills because of turbo lag and turbo is laggy in hills, hence no point although being a 5 star vehicles! Period!
