Ingredients:
Marwai(clams) - 1 KG
For Pundi (rice ball):
Brown Rice - 500 Grams
Grated coconut - 1/2 coconut
Salt to taste
For masala paste:
Byadgi chili - 12 nos.
Gundu chili - 8 nos.
Coriander seeds - 1.5 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 2 Tsp
Black peppercorns - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Tamarind - small piece
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garlic cloves - 10 nos(small).
Grated coconut - 1 coconut
Water as required
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Onion - 2 large
Boiled clams
Salt to taste
Ground masala + clams boiled water
Rice balls
