Certainly makes the Sun's a little more tall leaning as blade is a 4. At 17 your looking at 4 models but like you said he takes pressure of some of the other models. And Wongers in affiliation can heal him too and send power if you think he might be going down.

I love these dossier videos, especially where both you and Troupe can chat back and forth. IH is going to be a Malekith level character, possibly even higher with Immortality mechanic. 7-die builders are brutal as well since they can create a lot of power for a character that has ways to leverage it. …and he can throw things… Ooofff….

My main affiliation right now is Shield and I have almost no way to displace Immortal Hulk. He looks scary enough and I have a local Midnight Suns player that I am thinking about some displacement options like Beta Ray Bill just to get him out of my way for at least a turn. I'm hoping that's enough to slow his rampage. 🤞

As a fellow Shield player, I hear you on that displacement. I think, initially, we deal with IH the same as we would with OG Hulk, in that you zerg him down. It is when he gets his immortality token that things get harder, because you are starting to run out of steam by then. I have a local who is stoked for IH, so I expect to see him on the table a lot, so, going to need to figure out a solution quick

I realized I played his passive totally wrong and only healed him 1 damage per ROUND. No wonder I felt his gimmick was underwhelming.

Yeah, given the chance, he bounces back quick. If you access to a patch up, he can be back at full pretty fast

How does IH compare to OG Hulk?

They play slightly different roles, in my opinion. OG Hulk is really strong on the control/attrition side of things, while Immortal Hulk, while definitely strong and able to put out control as well, is more a resource drain on your opponent, depending on how you set up the use of the Immortal token. A lot comes down to how fast/slow your opponent can chew through his stamina once he gets the token

@@AegisbrandStudios Ah yeeees, thank you, I asked because I just picked up both, but I was unsure which model I should primarily use, I think immortal hulk is slightly better? but I have heard a lot saying OG hulk is better, so I wondered what your take was, thanks for the information, I am still sorta new to this game, not played more than 3 months, so feedback is appreciated! :)

My friend has been bootlegging Immortal Hulk since his card as revealed, and I am not super impressed. I have found that the best way to deal with (my friend's, anyway) Immortal Hulk is to ignore him and play for points. As you said, a powered-up Hulk is a dangerous Hulk, so I just don't bother. My question for you guys, though, is he worth splashing? He's great for Midnight Sons, but most other places he'll be 7 threat for an out of affiliation character. Does he outweigh the opportunity cost of two other models?

At 7 threat, he is a difficult splash, I think. Not to say he could not benefit from doing so, but I think at that point you are building around him
