As you are the first one to recognize - props to you! Yes, it is actually a mixture between those two decades as it was easier to produce the images than to strictly tell to use only 1970 ;)

I love how gamora and she hulk aren’t green, von doom looks like Batman, venom is eating people and no one seems to care, and for some reason they’re shopping around a city

Different times, different styles, different behaviours 😉 (but Venom isn´t eating people, well, I hope) though you are right with the second Doom picture. MJ loves to make Batman ears sometimes and I didn´t have the time to correct them in Photoshop.

Not so sure about that. Some maybe but (at least for me) more 70s. The fashion looks correct. Maybe I do a 50 version too for comparison. We´ll see.

Most of these characters already existed in the 70s, if not even the 60s ... why not portray them the way they actually looked? I think the Hulk was fairly close and was also the best one that I saw.

You´re right, but tried hard and that was the best I got. Still trying to improve. But also want to leave place for imagination, so I don´t want to just copy the original look. But working on it for another part.

@@brakasoft Yes, Nick Fury prior to S.H.I.E.L.D. had a comic called Sgt. Fury and His Howling Commandos. It was a cool comic. Captain Marvel goes way back. There was a super cheesey TV show in the 70s called Shazam! Pretty sure he is actually from the 40s though. Very cool work!
