people overlook nat's death! personally I found it sadder than tony's, the fact she didn't know at that point that the avengers were going to win so it was a blind sacrifice, the fact that her last words were her trying to comfort one of her best friends, the fact that she felt she needed to redeem herself for her past, the fact that she viewed the avengers as her only true family and she proved she was willing to do anything for them, the fact that because she died she never ended up with steve.... there are so may reasons, need I say more.....

@@jxy_krishnan it's cool to be a fan of both, but if you look past the jokes the MCU is actually pretty dark, character-wise. Tony Stark has PTSD which is documented through the movies, Steve Rogers has pretty much lost everyone he ever loved and even known, other than Bucky and is out of time in this world. Bucky is.. well; he's been through so much he's probably messed up in ways none of us could even imagine. Scarlet Witch lost her parents then basically waited to die with her twin brother in a trapped building, they went through god knows what experiments then her twin died too. Black Widow's past is dark as hell going back to her childhood. Thor's conversation with Rocket in Infinity War is telling of how he deals with all the loss he's suffered in his very long life. The Nebula-Gamora dynamic growing up was heart-breaking when you think how Thanos pitched them against each other for his amusement, the list goes on and on. They may be quippy and sarcastic but there's a darkness behind the jokes and a depth of character if anyone wants to look behind the shiny surface.

@@Lightwood_AFAgreed. The characters do have dark pasts but it's not presented that way. It might be just me,but they are presented in a very...Pg-13 ish way? We see those dark sides rarely. Age of Ultron,Iron Man 3, Infinity War. Most of the time... it's all fun and jokes. DCEU....well its too dark😂 But for a guy like me, I like to see the character's broken and vulnerable side. It's also the reason why i prefer DCEU over MCU,and That's one of the reasons why i Cap America:Winter Soldier. That movie was too dark considering the MCU standards. Bucky was tortured and used,he is broken inside. And that just makes the character so much more interesting and likeable. Both the universes have awesome characters, there's no arguing that! Fuck dem haters!

This is it. This is one of the ever growing reasons why I've loved superhero movies ever since I watched a man in a red and gold metal suit land in a crowd of Iron Man themed cheerleaders. The complex relationships, the love, the hate, the bickering, the fighting. They're just all family. And despite everything, they'll still be family. Kudos to you, for this amazing edit. tbh, i've only started having an interest in marvel. i haven't watched all the movies yet or understand the whole universe properly but i love it. there's so much different emotion in it and it truly is one big family, mcu is bloody amazing and im so happy my friend forced me to watch hoco. i cried over some of the films and i never cry at movies wowoww

This is really sedimentary and beautiful. Because these characters go through so much and I think we don’t always realize that before they became who they are today, they were all kids like us. Kids with dreams and imagination and a mind as wild as anyone’s. But when we step back and see what they do and what they have done to fight their fears...it empowers us. That’s why we love these characters so much. Because they are just like us. ♥️

@@aeron3360 Yea at the time he was consumed by rage, but later we can see the death wasn't what drove a wedge between their relationship, it was the fact that steve never told him about it. And Tony wasn't just thinking bout their freedom at the time since he was more concerned about the future AKA Infinity war. We know this not only cause that's just the way tony is always thinking but also because he says it at the beginning of Endgame.

This video makes me cry. It's so... powerful, that feeling of nostalgia and love. To relate to their stories. *I love all these characters with all my heart* *I love all these movies* *I love all the mcu* And yes, we might see them DYING on the cinema screen in the next movie. I probably cry. Probably feel impotence. And that hurts. Very much. The only important thing is that everyone has kindness behind their actions... a story full of moments of suffering that oh jeez, makes me shudder. They had the recognition they deserve and they grow up for THEMSELVES and that, shit THAT, makes me feel calm. *In peace* We just have to wait for *Avengers Infinity War* (i'm not ready for that epic movie) there we will see them. this edit (amongst others of yours) proves that the mcu isn’t just action and good vs evil. it proves that the mcu is filled with complex characters that do feel happy, sad, broken, angry, etc. you do an incredible job with your edits and i think you really open up the eyes of some people who have never seen this side of the mcu.

Thsi is why I like Marvel. It's very rare you see heroes down and in their worst, usually it focuses on just the action and the powers and the fighting. But... Marvel focuses on the pain, the loss, the memories, the heartbreak, the sorrow, the worst part of being a superhero. The part no one sees.

I watched this in January but I forgot to leave a comment. Anyway, this edit always makes me an emotional mess. It's one of my favourite edits and the first edit where I actually cried. The song choice sets the mood, makes everything about this video even sadder because we all know that those were most probably the thoughts that went through the characters's minds. Overall, everything just flows and fits perfectly together. Thank you for making it and making me cry!!

You captured all the scene's beautifully, the music, scene's, Flow, Color Correction, Fades & cuts between scene's is done perfectly down to a Tea. This is so heartbreaking and beautiful. Good job. You perfectly matched the clips with the music, and the audio from the characters matched it as well. I have watched this video everyday for at least three days, and the song has been stuck in my head for that long as well. "Not bad, for the end of the world." Loki's dead, Gamora's probably dead and Bucky, who just got his memory fully restored, Hydra out his head and was equipped with a new arm, was ruthlessly turned into dust along with Wanda, Falcon and so many others. Though some of them, like Spidey will come back in the next Avengers, it will surface the same feelings and sadness as Infinity War did, possibly 10x more.

MCU is full of emotion, action, joy and you get a connection with different characters. It’s one big family, when Spider-Man and Gamora died it felt like I had lost two family members.

This is why I love Marvel. Even though these heroes have superhuman abilities, they all have real problems that people can relate to. The sibling relationships, the friendships, the romantic relationships, the loss. We can all see a bit of ourselves in these characters or relate to them in some way. It makes you realise that just because they have powers doesn't mean they aren't human.
