The trick to painting is to have a very soft brush and make sure the paint is the consistency of milk.also do one thin coat let it dry and repeat till it's covering well.

This is for doing a "wash" not for dry brushing or regular painting. To be clear.

Thank you for making this. I kinda had the same idea after watching the X-Men 97 show and I wanted to see if Hercules arms would fit. I wasn't sure if they were the same, now I know thanks to you lol. I'll try to get Hercules on clearance or something, definitely prefer the bare arm over the blue. The brown pouches look great, too. They add extra contrast in all that sea of blues and yellows.

If you dry brush the arm pouches with a lighter brown that is close to the chest pouches it will look perfect..love it!

Oh thanx! I did that later on but the paint didn't get into sunken part and came out less effective.. but will try bit more down the road! Thanx!!

I was thinking the same thing! Haha imagine he tries to reach out to the pouch on his arm for something but he can't because of his bulk lol

YUP! just found that Thunderstrike also has the same arm and its only 11bucks on BBTS! Incase you don't wanna sacrifice your Hercules!!

Nice!! I had the same idea, haha. Ordered a Hercules a couple weeks ago in preparation for Cable coming out. Little bummed the skin tones don't match - might have to paint it like you did. Thanks for the video!

Do you know if Thunderstrike has the same arm mold as Cable & Herc or is it different-but-similar? Ive seen people mentioning it as an option along with He-Man figure & while He-Man would obviously be a different mold, I'm not 100% sure about Thunderstrike.

On the chest, i used a regular(?) Super glue i bought at 7/11 and it stays fine so far :)

i think as of now this hercules arms is your only sure option for flesh arms that fits this body.. but you can try movie logan arms, but im not really sure if it's bulky enough.
