He didn't clip the ear things in properly. And the way the back opens up it the most annoying part. But even the way it straps to your head gets annoying because it tilts up and down when you move your head. If you have one you'd know what I mean. I had to tape everything in place so the back wouldn't open and the strap on the inside wouldn't move. But other than those 2 things this is a awsome helmet and I love it
