Just when Matt thinks he is bringing order back to the city, new forces are rising in Hell’s Kitchen. Now the Man Without Fear must take on a new adversary in Frank Castle and face an old flame - Elektra Natchios.
Bigger problems emerge when Frank Castle, a man looking for vengeance, is reborn as The Punisher, a man who takes justice into his own hands in Matt’s neighborhood. Meanwhile, Matt must balance his duty to his community as a lawyer and his dangerous life as the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen, facing a life-altering choice that forces him to truly understand what it means to be a hero.

Man... It's 2024, and i just remember what a masterpiece of a trailer this was. The music, so haunting. Frank Castle being s tortured soul, Matt being truly tested. This season was awesome 7-8 years ago, and i think im gonna rewtching it again soon. I wish the MCU could bring back/in this vibe.

I revisit this trailer every now and again and still get the chills when I see the trunk full of loose guns and the workbench of nail bombs. Jon Bernthal played the tortured side of Frank so well.

I love how this trailer starts off slow and gentle then gradually, almost unnoticeable, it's gritty and fast. Even the trailer for the show have great pacing!

Why Disney can’t look at this show and realize this is the tone a great show needs. It’s for adults and fans of the original comic. Not a new generation of kids. Now everyone would complain “it’s too dark”. I don’t need my hero to crack jokes in the middle of a life or death fight.

This season would have been alot better if they just focused on Punisher. Towards the 2nd half, the Hand stuff kinda ruins it. Still the best Comic Book Show. Season 3 was phenomenal. Plus The Punisher show was awesome.

Just revisited this season recently and god damn the writers and showrunner of DD knew exactly what to do with Punisher and Bernthal’s talent as a trained actor, right down to how he was filmed/blocked in every shot. Something that was lacking in the solo Punisher seasons.

Still come back to watch this trailer every so often. I love that in the comments everyone always talks about how amazing this trailer is/was, how much we love Punisher, and how great season 2 is/was… All without anyone ever mentioning Elektra. Interesting how Frank isn’t even in the second half of season 2 much, and yet he’s the most memorable part of it.

It's not weak, it's good but it's weak compared to the first four episode (and that episode with kingpin and punisher) these episodes were phenomenal, the others were pretty good and very entertaining just doesn't even compare to the other stuff, the hand truly ruins everything it touches in these shows

Also it's a shame they made this trailer private on the main Netflix channel, wonder what happened with that, hope this one stays public at least.

Dude listen. So I’ve been the biggest MCU fan for as long as it’s been around. The series not so much so I decided I’d try it again and start with the punisher because he was one of my favorite first marvel movies. So I tried to start the punisher I quickly realized that this in this iteration we first meet Frank in Daredevils series so I said let me start Daredevil then. I just finished the first season 30 minutes ago and came here to watch the season 2 trailer. I absolutely loved season 1 by the way, I could go all day. But I’m not even 10 seconds in on this trailer & it gives me chills. Just think about all of what I just said. That’s epic television and story telling, big props to the makers of this piece of media.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

And the best season, season 2 was great but the hand stuff really ruined it, it could've been as good if not better than season 1 but they chose to focus on the hand way too much, the hand storyline was still good and really entertaining but it's nothing compared to the first four episodes and the prison episode with punisher and kingpin

@@Whateveridksomething I really didn't mind the Hand stuff. I liked watching them take down a bunch of ninjas instead of random thugs. The highlight of the series was Daredevil vs Bullseye though. It really bummed me out that we won't see more of that.

@@rthomasb i agree, i didn't mind the hand too i just thought the season would've been way better without them, and i agree bullseye vs daredevil was fantastic, I'm actually rewatching the fight right now and i saw the notification, he was supposed to be the main villain of season 4 and was gonna get his own suit like the comics, Melvin was gonna become the gladiator which fights matt but than teams up with him in the comics, but no! Netflix canceled it smh
