For some reason i really really like the way this figure looks and I can't even tell why.

Always have loved Hulk's original caveman/frankenstein's monster look and this captures it very will.

I finally saw this in stores today so I picked it up. I love it, the reason why I love it is the bulk of it. It seems like the MU 3.75" figures and the Marvel Selects get the bulk of the larger characters perfectly. Granted, this figure is no way in league with Unleashed Hulk as far as over-all look and appeal but damn if this figure doesn't look good on a shelf especially next to The Thing and Juggernaut. I just wish they did a grey variant though. Very, very happy with this purchase.

This is a decent figure. I hate his face tho looks Chinese especially with his hair cut. Lol. I just got the indestructible Hulk and I love it. I'm trying to get all the big guys in select now.

While I'm personally not a fan of the figure, I can appreciate it and think it definitely captures the likeness quite well.

Really digging the sculpt

If I were to change one thing, it would be the face sculpt, it doesn't remind me at all of Kirby's art

I like it. It reminds me of the artwork of Tim Sale (from Hulk grey miniseries - though green instead of grey).

He is buff. Like the old Kirby style. One thing I may find odd was the knee area of his pants.

His 1st appearance was grey until the 2nd comic which he was green

Getting this but still hoping for someone to do a Lou Ferrigno Hulk Figure and maybe a Billy Bixby.

Just picked up my first pair of marvel selects yesturday and got Magneto and Incredible hulk and I have to say I love the figs. This definitely starts my collection lol already addicted lol! But anyways the Incredible Hulk fig is the best hulk so far imo. Besides red hulk

I don't uderstand why everyone wants Hulk to look like a super model, he's a huge green monster inspired by Frankenstein FFS. I think it looks great and menacing.

I find the headsculpt to be the weakest point of the figure. It doesn't look like first appearance Hulk at all. I don't see Kirby's art in it.

It looks like a decent figure to me, the only nitpick I have is the head sculpt. For some reason it throws me off and makes me think it's the lovechild of the big Asian dude from that old Jackie Chan cartoon and Shrek. Other than that though, I think it looks decent.

Awesome review! But Wow! Marvel Select still hasn't made even one Hulk that I really like. This latest one is way too big for the era he's supposed to represent. Hulk has never been 10 feet tall. (Except in the Ang Lee movie). And especially not back in his early days. (He was maybe 6' 5" back then). That combined with the almost useless articulation and the fact that he has no fist(s) makes this Hulk figure a big FAIL in my opinion. It's a shame too, because I like the classic stuff and probably would have bought this one.

I would like this figure much if it had a close fist in the right hand, but no the hands are both open and I don't like that in any Hulk figure.

I think this is the best version so far...the proportions are much better...he's bulky all over as he should be and has an in-scale head for once! The regular MS Hulk is terrible. His waist is too small, he has a pinhead, and the body paint is VERY sloppy.
