At 0:35 we see America Chavez, while in the regular trailer (not ScreenX) we only see Strange. That probably means the fight scene in the Sactum Sanctorum occurs right after Wong tells Strange he can't control everything.

@@GXKfanbase Apparently this movie has the MOST expanded 'ScreenX' content in any movie so far, at 52 minutes. So for 52 minutes (likely all of the action scenes) you'll get the extra peripheral image, but for the other HOUR only the middle screen will be active...

IMAX is better. No distracting left and right diagonal screens and it still retains the expanded ratio.

Yes only in IMAX Theatres Expanded Aspect Ratio. ScreenX is Standard 2.39:1 Crop just Break into 3 Screen (Some Scene are Zoomed In) in this MOM.

@@animeclipshd9545 It's not broken up, it's expanded into your peripheral vision with additional footage/CGI. The aspect ratio would be 7.17:1.

@@awesumtoast97 yup exactly. The side screens dont change the movie it just makes it better. Your focus is still the middle screen because thats the actual movie, the side screens are just extra footage/details or for your peripheral vision

@@joeyaintwaffling It was an interesting difference. They both expand the image but in opposite ways I really enjoy the taller image in IMAX. To me that extra head space of the uncropped image gives it a feeling of being less tight and more like there is room to breathe and in certain settings tall sets feel more grandiose and the extra vertical space to me overall gave it a more classic film look as well as being reminiscent of comic book panels. In some scenes with the Screen X version it is a very different visual language as some of the shots that are in the IMAX version and the regular version are cutting between different characters in close ups and medium shots. Now those same shots in the Screen X version are now shown in multiple masters, resulting from the extra image on the sides that in a way gives it a kind of classic more stagey feel which I loved. In a way it was like watching two different movies only with the same script and cast, If that makes any sense. To me the difference added to the re-watch value.

@@bestmoviesever1 To this day, Interstellar in IMAX 70mm and Batman v Superman in IMAX 70mm are the most immersive IMAX movies I've seen. I loved Top Gun Maverick in IMAX. Now I will watch it in ScreenX.

@@PSYCHOV3N0M Nice! I plan to see Top Gun Maverick both ways too. I miss IMAX in 70MM. The Theatre in my area unfortunately converted to IMAX Digital 2K which crops 1.44:1 movies to 1.90 : 1. Anyone who lives in an area that has a 15 perf 70mm IMAX theatre or a Laser IMAX theatre is extremely lucky.

Wrong way to Watch a Movie. This ScreenX is of MOM is just Standard 2.39:1 break into 3 Screen. You want Immersive Large and Not Distracting Screen go IMAX.

Just watchhed it in this format, looks nothing like this preview, was totally not lined up, aspect ratios were different, the displays aren't even antiglare. Everytime a bright scene came up it would lose contrast on the main screen. Dont waste your money, IMAX is the best way to watch this movie. I kinda want my money back...
