This series is facing a MAJOR uphill battle. The vast majority of fans are completely indifferent towards it or don’t even know it exists. A small but vocal group already hate it for social/cultural reasons that there’s no point getting into here. Unless this show is like a legitimate 8/10 or above, it’s probably DOA IMO

Don’t think they forgot about it……but what they did forget about was Armor Wars, Blade and especially Iron Heart it’s just been sitting for 2 years after initial filming commenced minus reshoots 😂

This series will be boycotted, and if Agatha or another character are INDEPENDENT characters, not reliant on a man, or a woman that mentions the fact of being a woman, it will get review bombed.

This is the PERFECT example of the current mismanagement. If they wanted to do a magic based show after Wandavision, they could have done a series titled Strange Academy following the sorcerers of Kamar-Taj. Agathe could have been the villain of that series and Wong could have been the lead. If they wanted to continue to use her, she could flip during the season and you could have Chthon as the villain instead. It even ties into the multiverse saga with Dr. Strange being missing(so they don't have to pay Benedict to cameo). Could also have them use America Chavez again, whos been completely forgotten since MoM. Follow up on Wandas situation and even use Vision as a supporting character if needed. But no. She gets her own series, despite not having a single comic book issue to her name. Ever.

Me too! But I'm one of those crazy things, called a "Marvel fan" that likes to see Marvel mythology expanded, and I like the magic side of Marvel. I will never understand how one can be a grown ass man, and need to plead to other people how much you don't care about a character.

@@davidletarte214 If you are referring to the thread where someone was upset, saying Deadpool is not Jesus, then I agree. Seems a bit dramatic to be upset that one fictional character said he's like another fictional character. The character we need to be worried about is Marvel's actual Jesus, and Yahweh, because they exist in the Marvel mythology, and how they'd feel about Wade saying he's "Marvel's Jesus". Personally, I think a brief scene with Jesus could be funny. He could be played by Benedict Cumberbatch, like in the Book of Clarence. Steven Strange, Jesus, and Deadpool. Saviors of the multiverse. Then Loki shows up with a beard, and in a robe.

I'm also interested in the other characters that a witch who has lived for hundreds of years could be associated with. Agatha could be a network for a huge swath of Marvel's supernatural and magic-related characters, from different realms of existence or the darker, more morally ambiguous characters. It could introduce an array of characters that could be potential antagonists for our groups of heroes that will be forming to take on. Could also introduce other hero type characters dealing in magic.
