Of all the KISS comics out there this storyline was my favorite, and i wish more could have been made or referenced about it outside this one miniseries.

I am literally going to a Kiss concert this month (Near to my birthday) and we get my favorite Reviewer ever reviewing a kiss comic with Marvel Conan mentioned………best unintended early birthday gift ever. Keep it going man with the weird awesomeness.

Fun fact, it was Alan Moore who gave the main Marvel Universe the designation 616. It had been created for an alternate reality by writer Dave Thorpe for Captain Britain, originally it was actually 666, but he felt it too obvious and removed 50, “a nice round number.” Later, Moore would give the alternate reality a different name, and make the universe where Captain Britain came from, (the main MU,) 616. I know it was apparently possible for the TARDIS to travel between universes at the time as it was before the Last Great Time War but something about that just seems off to me.

I was listing to this while I worked and every time you said "Gene" I thought you were calling my name. Got confused for too many times to be happy about.

And here I thought Kiss teaming up with Scooby-Doo was their craziest adventure. You know, you could just cancel one of the Chiv Horror Movies episodes if you fall behind instead of a Secret Origins Episode, since Chiv has already gotten two episodes this year, plus with Mortican's videos as well as just your love for horror stories, in general, we already get a lot of spooky and Halloween stuff each year, whereas Secret Origins month is only in November so were really starved for content of that variety in comparison to the spooky and Halloween stuff.

Underrated anniversary episode. The Pinball analogy, the rant about the comic review job, BULDOSAUR, and of course, DOOM!

Heck, the first chapter alone makes this work for episode 666. Not only do KISS blend well with the theme, but the cameos from Marvel characters of varying coverage on this show lend credence to the idea that this rock band technically joined the Marvel canon here, as have many other properties previously discussed on this show. Multiple ties back into the previous 665 episodes, is what I'm getting at. Plus, if memory serves, the 2011 KISS comic episode happened after Linkara contributed to a charity auction by giving people a chance to decide what he reviewed for an episode. In addition to an unintentional foreshadow of the Patreon reviews, this act could also symbolically connect to Linkara promoting the kindness and decency that inspired him to get invested in comics.

Spotted a missed opportunity for Linkara's list, the narration line about spidey's "webslinging tour of Gotham" (yes I know they are referring to New York City) should have had a At4thW Batman skit (since its a KISS comic Batman could be also searching for them cause he suspects they are a band of "EVIL" rock musicians who have gained superpowers to spread the "EVIL" message of Rock-'n'-roll through their cover of "God Gave Rock-'n'-roll To You!" that Linkara mentioned in regards of what he knows about KISS. It would go along perfectly with At4thW Batman's hatred of said musical genre. Also maybe At4thW Batman could believe KISS are in league with One-Face). Looks like At4thW Batman in my "missed opportunity" suggestion wouldn't have been the only superhero against KISS, considering how the Fantastic 4 reacted to their photo.
