@@3rdFloorArcade I use to play the Big Blue cab at an amusement park here in Ohio had a huge arcade in the middle of the park Geauga Lake. Also they had a Big Blue at a big store called Twin Value not far from us. My cousin and I would pump quarters into that and TMNT back in the day. Those were the days..... 😁

@@DeputyVanHalen5150 oh man those were the days! I used to always play at the malls around here, they always had some good arcades. And also the boardwalks in New Jersey had some of the biggest arcades I’ve ever seen. Street Fighter ll, Turtles, X-men and Simpsons were always my favorites!

@@3rdFloorArcade I wish that arcades were easier to come by now. There really aren't very many. The ones that I know about now have nothing but redemption games. 👎 Our mall had a nice arcade back in the day too until the entire mall closed. Would be cool to go back in time and see that again. 🤔😁

@@DeputyVanHalen5150 yeah man the great arcades are so rare to come by. There’s a good one in downtown Philly called the Barcade which isn’t too far from where I’m at. That’s pretty much the only option around here…. Dude what do you think of the X-men preorders today? That’s one pricey cab.

I normally just keep the machines off if they aren’t in use. I’ve heard of people leaving them on all the time and they burn out eventually. The newer cabs like this one have the upgraded BOE monitors which should have a better life span. With the controls, they are mid-level Sanwa-style clones. They are easy to swap out for better sticks and buttons though 👍

I've always wanted one but they are way too damn expensive and some companies only want to rent them out as they deal with commercial spaces. But I really want an arcade machine, always have. So I'm gonna go tmnt. Hopefully I can hold out a bit without them selling out in case they announce a golden axe return haha. But ya. Too expensive of a hobby for me to take a deep dive into it like you have. I have 3 young kids and nor the money or space to get too into it. But I'd love to maybe buy a 1 up once every few years if they keep it up. Anyways, I just want to make sure when I get it that I'm not disappointed

I haven’t seen it lately available at any of the retailers. But I wouldn’t be surprised if A1UP restocks this cab since it was a pretty big success.

All the Arcade1ups I just keep stock. But I have the Atgames Gamer Pro with a few thousand games which is pretty cool.

I believe it’s been out of stock lately. Hopefully they make it available again, it’s a great cab.

This one doesn’t have scanline options. No updates lately but this is a pretty smooth running cabinet. 👍

I cannot wait for the Big Blue. Love the game lineup and having online play will be great. I think that larger cab with the giant marquee will look amazing next to all the cabinets.

There’s a company out there that makes replacement deck protectors for Arcade1up cabs. I can’t think of the name off the top of my head though.

@@3rdFloorArcade I bought the Xmen vs SF cab beforehand bc I didn't think I'd ever get this one. I don't like the look of Big Blue and have those games on my ALU, the price is a little high, and I don't use the wifi for my fighting cabs bc I suck. Lol

@@darkempire2022 yeah I agree that price on Big Blue sucks. If it wasn’t for the free shipping I would have passed on it. 600 is my max on the A1UPs unless they start putting higher end parts in them. 👍

@@3rdFloorArcade I say this now but I know I'm weak as hell when it comes to these things and could easily see myself still getting this even though I ran out of room a long time ago lol I've been rotating my cabs in and out of my man room while getting the usual "no more room" speech from the wife as I get "just one more..." X-men is probably next. And by probably I mean definite.
