Her character was amazing to look back on. I've seen Catwoman do the same in the comics by leaving Batman at the alter bur the Phantasm just hits harder as she like Bruce had a double life and both could have gone down the path of happiness by giving up the crime fighting and mercenary work. Amada waller like Phantasm get better as you age Seeing the extra layers in thier Characters and how Batman is a good influence not wanting people to go down a darker path even in beyond where they didn't kill Terry's parents

This Batman character takes me back to my childhood.

Fun Fact! After this movie, in the animated series, Batman stops trying to "save" the villains from their issues and simply beats them down and imprisons them. He lost his hope to stop being Batman and just embraced it fully.

I wish I could say I was shocked at the reveal, but figured out her identity right away, didn’t take away from the story or how good a character she was though.

Mask of the Phantasim was great but as a kid it was spoiled for me. Movie releases used to be a couple months after their US release in Jamaica. The ending was in the newspaper.

I liked this character. its the first time I heard of it's toys being released before the movie showing her without the mask. I'm glad I never seen any of those toys when I was a kid. because this would really spoil the show for me. Phantasm was one of the more interesting characters in Batman both as phantasm and Andrea herself. And I love the mask and the hood.

I really love this character-or rather characters...at one point,Carl was to be the Original Phantasm with Andrea as number Two,but DC Comics elected to lose the Carl as Phantasm angle completely. A shame really if you think about it. Two Phantasm characters against Bruce.

Note: Batman MotP has one of the best ending theme songs in movie history. Look for “ I Never Even Told You” in the Mask of the Phantasm Soundtrack.
