Testing youtube's offer for unlimited video length, here's a short-ish version of an educational video I've been working on with Otoe-Missouria elder, Marvin Diamond, and the instruments and ethos of the Native American Church.

My elder also said if you have someone telling you what to do then you really have something good in your life. Thank you for taking time with Mr. Diamond and sharing your video

I had the honor of meeting Mr. Diamond when I lived out that way from 2000 to 2018. I am from the Seneca tribe of NY. It's important to pass these traditions on to our children and grandchildren. Thank you for sharing this blessing.

@Creekstain
I live on and watch over the old otoe-missouria reservation land in Nebraska. I can finally put a face to the land! I go out there and run the dogs a lot. It's gorgeous land and there is a special feeling from it. Your grandfather was one of the 200 some that made the 18 day walk south after their land was stolen. I feel like I should offer to send you some soil in a jar! I'm so glad I found you!

This is the way it should be taught like all good elders have done. There's an important tone to his voice that is respectful. Well said Marvin Diamond. Good teachings, thank you.

These are the things most other ethnicities have absolutely no idea of how to live a good non violent way of life. We pray for everyone.

always a beautiful blessing to hear elders talk about their wisdom
Sat in a few meetings with Marvin and Ronnie. The words they both shared, I'll always keep close to me. ( those two could tell some funny peyote stories!! :-) )
